1. MEDICAL CONDITIONS:
Prior to receiving your service, please inform us about any medical conditions such as, diabetes, pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, any major recent surgery or allergies.
If you are taking medication, have had any postoperative procedures, pregnant or have a medical condition, it is advisable that you consult your doctor before requesting any nail or facial services. Certain medical conditions may preclude you from having services performed by our facilities.
2. SKIN CONDITIONS:
If you have any skin conditions such as sunburn, rashes or fungus, please notify the nail technician prior to any services being performed.
Please note we are unable to proceed with any foot treatment if you suffer from athlete's foot, verruca, or any types of fungal infections.
We do not recommend any waxing or facials directly before or after any form of heat treatment.
3. NAIL ENHANCEMENT:
We love what we do and guarantee our nail enhancement services for 3 days. In the event you lose a nail or lifting occurs within the first 3 days, we will repair it free of charge. This guarantee applies only to clients who use our services and not from another salon/spa.
4. GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Lost or stolen Gift Certificates will not be replaced.
Non-refundable and Not redeemable for cash.
This gift certificate is valid for only one year from date of purchase.
Honored only with original gift certificates.
5. CHILDREN:
U Nails spa & salon welcomes your children if they are receiving services in our salon. For their safety please of the children and salon staff, children are not allowed on the salon. They are receiving a service and may not be left unattended.
6. PROPERTY DAMAGE:
We are not responsible for any personal properties that are damaged, lost or stolen or left behind U Nails Spa & Salon policy.
7. OUR RIGHTS:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
8. YOUR RIGHTS:
Your stay at our salon is important to us. If you would like to try another technician, please let us know, all our technicians would be glad to accommodate you.
9. PETS:
Pets are prohibited, except service animails.
